Ve středu 14. ledna 2015 proběhlo jednání mezi zástupci A.F.S. a ředitelem výroby České televize p. Václavem Myslíkem. Setkání se účastnili rovněž manažeři realizace Petr Morávek (Centrum publicistické, dokumentární a vzdělávací tvorby), Jaroslav Kučera (Centrum hrané tvorby), Martin Kopřiva (Centrum zábavné tvorby), výkonný producent Roman Blaas, výkonný producent Alexander Nardelli a zástupkyně vedoucího produkce Marie Rosenthalová.
A.F.S. zastupovali Šimon Špidla, Matouš Outrata, Jana Vlčková, Adam Brothánek.
Naše asociace seznámila zástupce ČT se statistikou podmínek střihu na pořadech a cyklech ČT (počty natočeného materiálu, počty střihových frekvencí atd.) a dále vysvětlila důvody a příčiny nespokojenosti střihačů s pracovními podmínkami v ČT.
Ze strany ČT bylo odmítnuto jakkoli plošně navyšovat rozpočty na výrobu. Bylo však přislíbeno, že zejména u náročných projektů (např. velké dokumenty), bude při sestavování rozpočtu zohledněn počet dnů nutných pro kvalitu výsledného díla. Dále bylo dohodnuto, že střihači budou zváni na tzv. explikační porady, případně též na technologické předávačky, aby měli šanci vyjádřit se k případným problémům ve fázi postprodukce jěště před začátkem natáčení. Diskutována byla i témata související s množstvím natáčeného materiálu. ČT prověří současná pravidla výroby.
